Apples, pumpkins and more are in season. Here's what to cook with them

Hello from Maine, where the leaves have already begun changing colors. Crazy, right?

This is my first weekend home in awhile, and I am so looking forward to cooking, meal prepping and spending a lot of time in my cozy kitchen.

So where have I been? A cabin on a Maine lake to write for a long weekend. A condo in West Palm Beach with family for a few days. And a road trip with my kids to return them to college. It's all been great fun. And along the way (and at home) I have been experimenting with new recipes that will be hitting SCB soon.

But in the meantime, apples, pumpkins and more are in season right now.

If you're in need of some culinary inspiration, this week's newsletter is filled with all sorts of delightful dishes perfect for this time of year when the days are warm-ish and the nights are cool.

Hope you find something that you can't wait to try!

xoxo, Sarah
